These are the latest platform-level competitive rules used across StreamNepal events. They are designed to apply to PUBG, Free Fire, and other esports tournaments while allowing event-specific adjustments published by organizers.

Last updated: March 17, 2026Applies to mobile and PC formats

Rule 1

Registration Integrity

All team, leader, and player details must be accurate. Fake identities, smurfing, duplicate player entries, or account sharing can trigger immediate disqualification.

Rule 2

Roster Lock And Substitution

Roster locks apply after check-in closes. Substitutions are only allowed within organizer-defined limits and must be approved before match start.

Rule 3

Match Check-In

Teams must check in on time via dashboard or official channel. Late check-in can result in penalties, map loss, or walkover based on tournament stage.

Rule 4

Fair Play And Conduct

Any cheating, teaming, exploit abuse, stream sniping, hate speech, or harassment is prohibited. Match officials can remove players or teams without refund.

Rule 5

Connectivity And Device Responsibility

Each team is responsible for internet, device stability, and game updates. Re-host requests are considered only for verified server-level issues.

Rule 6

Evidence And Protest Window

Disputes must include screenshots, clips, or logs and be submitted inside the official protest window. Late or unsupported claims may be rejected.

Rule 7

Prize And Verification

Prize release requires compliance checks, anti-fraud review, and identity verification when required by organizer policy or partner regulations.

Rule 8

Organizer Final Authority

The tournament admin panel and verified official communication channels are the source of truth for scheduling, rulings, and emergency format changes.

Game-Specific Rule Extensions

Each tournament page may include extra rules for a specific title. When extra rules exist, they extend these core rules and are shown in the event details.

PUBG Mobile

  • Only approved lobby settings, map pools, and match counts are valid.
  • Unauthorized emulator, script, or third-party enhancement use is banned.
  • Tiebreakers prioritize placement and then elimination metrics as configured by admins.

Free Fire

  • Room credentials are confidential and must not be leaked or reshared.
  • Character/skill restrictions follow event configuration if announced.
  • Point tables and tie resolution follow the rule panel shown on tournament details.

Other Esports Titles

  • Title-specific rule blocks can be attached per event and override default sections.
  • Teams must follow mode-specific settings (bracket, veto, map draft, and pause limits).
  • In cross-platform events, approved platform and input restrictions are enforced.
